Drug Addiction Measures Taken Under Health Services Alberta

As the statics are coming from different sources, the number of drug addicted people in Alberta (Canada) has been increasing gradually. As the experts are saying, there is no chance of alleviating the increasing trend. The health minister of Alberta has taken some effective prevention methods to check up the upward trend.

Under health services Alberta, he has taken some important steps. Most of these steps have been designed after a long term research and application method. Most of these are taking important roles in the present time for checking the pernicious effect of drug addiction in Alberta and Lethbridge.

Urine test, Breathalyzer test, blood test, saliva test, and hair test methods have been taken as the effective methods to measure and determine the risk level. Besides, under health services Alberta, the government has taken some important steps for creating public awareness. They organize various public awareness programs so that people can be aware of the pernicious effect of excessive alcohol consumption.  According to many experts, this step has been able to make some changes in the increasing trend.

The government is hoping that it may come under control within next three to four years.

Besides, government is coming up with some more revised and strict rules to bring the situation under control.  The new rules and revision in law will help to take the matter more seriously that is very important for it.
